Where Tandoori Chicken stays bone-in, Chicken Tikka is the boneless variation — easier to share, easier to eat. Our recipe leans on a yogurt marinade kissed with green cardamom and roasted garlic, which keeps the chicken breast remarkably moist as it cooks.
We bake every piece on a low flame so the marinade caramelises gently rather than burning, giving the tikka its signature golden-orange colour and clean smoky finish. Plated with onion, lemon and mint chutney — the classic Punjabi accompaniments.
