Naan is to North Indian cooking what bread is to a great meal — the perfect vehicle for soaking up rich curries. Our Garlic Naan starts with a soft, slightly tangy dough that's hand-stretched to order, topped with freshly chopped garlic, and baked directly on the wall of our live-fire tandoor.
It comes out in under two minutes — puffed up, lightly blistered, and finished with a brush of melted butter so every bite is rich and aromatic. Pair it with our Butter Chicken, Kali Mirch Chicken, or any of our curries for the full Edmonton Punjabi experience.
We don't pre-bake naan — every piece is shaped, garlic-topped and tandoor-baked when you order, which is why it arrives hot, soft and aromatic. The brief blast in the clay oven is what gives it that unmistakable smoky-puffy character.
